Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine initiates recruiting of fresh graduates for the internship Program "METRO Management Trainee Program 2014" in Kharkiv.
The aim of the Program is to give the Trainees an opportunity to work in different operations (Store) departments of a large multinational business and develop them to Manager level in 3 years after joining the company. At the 1st stage of the Program - 8 months - you work as Trainee in different departments of the Store. At the 2nd stage which lasts 12 months you work as Deputy Department Manager of the Store and at 3rd stage - the Trainees with best results work as Department Manager of the Store.
On successful completion of the Program Trainees are offered a Floor Manager position in one of Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine Stores.
The start of the program is May 15, 2014.
