Responsibilities
1. Development of technical proposals and sales/marketing tools
2. Accountable for operational/financial and overall business results
3. Ability to make deals happen
4. Analyse trends, marketing requirements, strategic planning
5. Handing over new projects to project team
6. Develop and execute new approaches for expanding customer base
7. Continuously identify and develop service offerings for existing and potential customer base
8. Cultivate, maintain and grow relationship within the existing accounts that will increase ongoing business, ensure excellent client relations and satisfaction
9. Being part of executive team, take part in making company-wise decisions
Skills
1. Good understanding of product development lifecycle, software development methodologies
2. Experience of working in multi-cultural international environment
3. Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in complex corporate environment
4. Experience of selling complex solutions (technical pre-sale)
5. Extensive hands on project management experience in system engineering including management of multiple delivery teams
6. Articulate, excellent presentation and communication skills as well as string influencing and negotiation skills to drive results
7. Willing to travel
8. Fluent English.
Conditions of work:
Monday – Friday, 9.00-18.00, overtimes occur
