Customer Support Operator
Night (10 p.m.-09 a.m.) / Day (09 a.m. - 6 p.m.) / Evening (6 p.m. – 10 p.m.)
Requirements:
Fluent English (oral and written)
Business communication skills
Ability to learn fast
Initiative and desire to work
Proficient PC and Internet user
Main responsibilities:
Assist customers with their issues
Be professional and efficient while following policy and procedures.
Provide support to customers on a variety of issues.
Other duties may be assigned.Chatting with clients on-line, answer calls, answer tickets, emails, etc., participate at Forum life
