We are currently looking for an Office Manager / CEO Assistant
for full-time position to provide administrative support to our office and our client companies.
Candidates should meet following requirements:
- Excellent English, both spoken and written is a must;
- Professional PC skills including MS Office, Internet, PC
- Strong organizational skills, strong responsibility, able to work on many tasks simultaneously;
- Desire to work in the fast pace environment of the international company;
- Dedication to provide the best service any time;
- German and/or Polish will be an advantage.
Functional duties:
office: lunch, stationary, registration of incoming and outgoing mail, receiving guests;
translation: written and oral translation, contracts, business-documentation;
companies' correspondence;
hotel reservations, train/air tickets;
hr: advertising, work with resumes and recruiting companies.
