Basic requirements:
Higher / incomplete higher education (preferably philology);
Preferred experience in telemarketing;
English - at least Upper Intermediate;
Strategic thinker, good diction, a pleasant voice;
Experienced PC user;
Personal qualities: responsibility, honesty, punctuality, friendliness and sociability.
Key responsibilities:
Implementing telephone sales; Work with the base (existing and potential customers, their actualization); Customer support at all stages of the service.
