We are looking for talented candidates to fill the position of HR manager.
The role includes:
- Creating and executing HR Strategy and HR policies
- Attraction (handling and develop recruiting approach, adaptation and employer branding processes)
- Development (develop and implement competencies model, performance appraisal system, career paths; organizing and providing staff trainings and education)
- Motivation schemes and tools
- Advising managers in HR related issues
- HR analysis &reporting
-Intra company communication
-Support of special employees issues (handicap, maternity, retirement)
Job requirements:
-Higher education (preffered: Psychology, Social Studies)
- At least 2 years of experience in one of the HR area (recruitment, motivation, development) - Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, flexibility and positive attitude
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with effective follow-through and attention to details
-Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian (verbal/written)
