What we are looking for:
1+ years of HR/recruitment experience in an IT company
Understanding of IT labour market
Knowledge of recruiting techniques and interviewing skills
Strong ability to multi-tasking in a fast changing environment
Proactive, self-motivated, passion to win and result orientation
Advanced level PC skills
English level - Upper Intermediate or higher
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment of IT specialists of different level (executive search, headhunting, interviewing, making job offers, IT labour market research and analysis)
HR Interviews conducting, providing HR feedbacks and making job offers
Conducting adaptation and probation interviews, leaving surveys
Candidates' database administration and update
Maintaining strong relations and communication between candidates and managers
Working with information resources and social networks
HR-policies and procedures development and compliance
Corporate events organization and support
