Responsibilities:
Full cycle of recruitment
Labor market monitoring and analysis
Assimilation of new employees
Participating in different HR activities.
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of HR/recruitment experience in an IT company
Strong background in active recruitment
Good communication and presentation skills
Active & goal-oriented
Able to handle multitasking effectively
Team player & team builder
English level - Intermediate or higher.
