Office Manager will be based in the Federation's Kiev office and will primarily be responsible for:
Assisting at the reception with telephone calls and meeting guests
Ordering supplies and arrange sufficient amount on stock in the office
Organising meetings and negotiations
Assisting with team travel arrangements
Organizing participation of the team members in professional events such as conferences, forums, training courses, and other public events, including registration and coordination of travel and hotel accommodations, obtaining visa as necessary
Preparing analytical research and collecting information concerning the prices and supply on the market
Preparing supporting documentation on expenses in regard to internal policies
Performing written and verbal translation as necessary
Preparing other duties at the request of the Federation management
In respect of the candidate profile:
22-35 years old
Excellent English, exceptional Ukrainian
Higher education
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Secretary, office Manager or Personal Assistant
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
Mature, elegant, diplomatic, possesses good manners and tactfulness
Shows positive attitude and desire to help; is open minded and flexible
Has an ability to understand tasks quickly and to forecast others' needs
Possesses well developed problem solving attitude & skills
