Capacity Manager

Job description:
The person on this position will be responsible for:
• Monitoring capacity issues – requirements and usage of IT infrastructure and services
• Providing new solutions through capacity plans and analyses
• Ensuring services (provided to customers) in accordance with Service Level Agreements and quality standards
• Collaboration with internal customers in identifying they current and future capacity requirements
• Consultancy and guidance to internal departments to help them to maximize use of resources
• Ensure all issues affecting capacity analyses and planning are communicated in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
• Strong theoretical background – Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Technical Science (IT/Telco) or equivalent in years of progressive experience in IT environment
• Previous experience in IT Capacity Planner/Analyst role or past analytics background is a plus
• Ability to speak English/German/French/Dutch B2+ (English as a second language on the B2 level at last)
• Knowledge of the technical limitations the impact performance and capacity
• Ability to manage multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with senior level business partners and with the customers
• Proficiency with MS Exel, PowerPoint, and other MS Tools (SQL is a plus)
