IT Project Manager with English/German/French/Dutch
Work of place: Bydgoszcz, Poland

Responsibilities:
• Reasonable and responsible managing projects: (change management, risk, planning, tracking, analysis, products delivering)
• Leading and directing project activities starting from meeting the clients, organizing work tasks ending on negotiation and problem solving (full-cycle methodology)
• Ensuring high quality services by introduction of products within agreed parameters and deliverables (exercise control on quality services by participation in summaries, audits and on-site visits)
• Preparation of plans and reports by using proper techniques and tools which are helpful in presenting actual project progress
• Proceeding in accordance with budget plans and corporate policies and standards
• Day to day communication with all levels of organization customers and cooperation with internal and external departments and divisions within the organization

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in managing IT projects
• Strong theoretical background – Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Technical Science (IT/Telco)
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent)
• One fluent spoken and written language – English or German or French or Dutch (English as second foreign language is an undoubted advantage).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with business
• Experienced in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project or other common project management desktop tool
• Excellent leadership skills and readiness to guide, mentor and influence work of less experienced team members
• Ability to work in international, cross functional and virtual teams
• Client-oriented person
• Ability to travel
