Contract Operations Specialist
Workplace: Bydgoszcz, Poland
Job description:
• Support Contract Operations Manager at his/her daily work;
• Collaborate with Finance Controllers in order to deliver correct data;
• Preparation of internal agreements, assignments, contract data collection;
• Translate customer documents, gathering them and checking if they are correct in accordance with administrative requirements;
• Provide information of resources and services to be allocated to the contract
• Provide information on stages reached to trigger invoicing / maintain billing blocks;
• Maintain operational planning on behalf of project manager;
• Prepare operational contract-reporting (Planning/SLA compliance);
• Document management of all contract related financial / legal documents;
• Support cash collection activities (interface between financial roles and client);
Requirements:
• University degree in Financial Sciences
• Experience as a Contract Operations Specialist or related roles (Financial Specialist, Data Analyst)
• Excellent English and German communications skills (at least B2);
• Understanding of an order to cash and purchase to pay process;
• Understanding of commercial key figures;
• Knowledge about revenue, profit, backlog, accruals, provisions tasks
• Project Controlling Knowhow;
• MS Office (knowledge of SAP Knowhow is a plus);
• Communication skills.
