Professional competences:
Bachelor degree in economics and marketing
Ability to search for new market opportunities and introducing them into the company's business plan
Ability to be an active leader of the team and take responsibility for the business results of the company
Leadership abilities and ambitions, in combination with the ability to interact effectively with other units involved in the sales process.
Competitive intelligence implementation, and actual data on the target market analyzing
Responsibilities:
Development of business plan, including sales plan and promotion plan for the company
Management and development of sales and marketing department
Searching new client and initiating new projects
Client relationship management and negotiations
Identification of clients needs and formation negotiations plans
Identification of potential business partners and negotiate agreements
Participation in the sales process of the project
Preparation and leading presentations and negotiations during marketing events
Competitive intelligence and formation of tactic plan according to the strategic goals of the company.
