Location: Warsaw
For the newly opened and growing Global Customer Care Center we are looking for candidates for the position of Help Desk Consultant with Greek language.
As a Help Desk Consultant in call desk and technical support you will answer inbound customer calls and emails and provide support within requested area. You will advise customers on the phone and handle their requests. You will also cooperate with other levels of technical support and field service engineers as well as check quality of service tickets in customer service applications.
Requirements:
- at least secondary education
- excellent communication skills in Greek language
- good knowledge of English
- willingness to work in the shifts system
- willingness to work in Poland
- customer focus
- good manner in phone conversations
- IT knowledge will a strong advantage
