Our company is announcing an opening of a new position « Python programmer ».
Requirements:
BS degree in computer science or related technical fields;
2+ years of commercial applications development as a software engineer;
experienced in using python in production environment;
strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities and solve problems;
able to accurately assess time requirements and complexity of assigned systems;
able to design technical systems thoroughly and break into manageable tasks;
Intermediate level spoken/written English.
Pluses:
experience working in a team with extensive usage of branching and continuous integration methods;
experience of work in the game industry;
working and supporting on distributed/clustered applications;
experienced windows/unix administration skills - managing hardware infrastructure of servers, network storages, virtual machines;
UI development experience or frameworks knowledge (Web - django, Client - WxWidgets/QT).
Responsibilities:
working in an engineering team to create state of the art highly available automated development environment with scaliability features, interactive dashboards etc.;
continuing development and maintaining of development tools and infrastructure systems in cooperation with cross-functional production teams;
documenting developed solutions and providing technical support;
completing all tasks in a timely manner and to a consistent high quality standard.
