For one of our partner companies, a global leader in the BPO/SSC sector, we are currently seeking candidates for the following position:
Premium Client Adviser with a foreign language
UAH 25,000 – 40,000
Work from home – all of Ukraine
We are looking for individuals with the gift of persuasion, whose main task will be to negotiate the sizes and prices of orders placed by clients.
You won’t have to look for clients – you’ll work with recently-placed orders!
We expect our candidates to:
Have a very good knowledge of a foreign language (minimum C1 level), e.g. Romanian, Hungarian, German, or other;
Knowledge of Polish or English at least on a communicative level;
Impeccable diction;
Computer literacy;
Willingness to work full-time;
Desire to grow;
Customer service experience will be an advantage;
Permanent access to the internet – we provide the necessary equipment (laptop).
We provide:
A number of product training sessions paid for by the employer, which end with an international certificate;
Depending on the language you speak, between UAH 15,000 and UAH 18,000 UAH gross basic salary to start;
A monthly commission on the total value of the orders you complete, on average UAH 10,000;
A clear career path with the potential for promotion to other departments (such as advertising, marketing, quality control or logistics);
