We are looking for an experienced retention manager for our client is an investment developing company that provides brokerage services
Requirements:
• experience as Retention manager (6+ months) at the financial company
• English upper-intermediate (+additional languages such as French, German) is a must
• great analytical and communicative skills
• work with the extremely high information flow
• service oriented
• easy to approach new people
• do not give up! Strong motivation
Main responsibilities:
• work with every customer individually, consult them about company’s services and to be oriented on long-term cooperation
• work with customer’s account
• negotiate with customers, to persuade them, work with objections
• work with the high information flow!

• basic salary + % (more then 2000$) + bonuses for excellent work
• comfortable office in the historic center (Podil)
• working hours from 10:00 to 19:00 (MON-FRI)
