Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is João Vieira Coelho and I am applying for the position of Senior Architect / Design Manager in your company.

I am Portuguese, living in Macao and I am a registered and licensed architect in Macao and Portugal and Holder of Macau Permanent ID (BIR).

I am hard working, with good management skills and team development, I am detail-oriented, focused, organized and trustworthy.

I finished my degree in Architecture in the end of 2004 in Portugal, did my 1-year trainee period in Macao with Arch. Carlos Marreiros (2005-2006), and stayed with him for one more year (2006-2007).

In 2008, I was hired by MAP architecture & planning ltd, to work on the project “Macau City of Dreams”. Afterwards, I was offered the chance to continue with MAP, under David Clarke, and work on several projects ranging from A+A works to Master Planning, and business development thru-out Southeast Asia.

In 2014, I joined Leighton Contractors (Asia) Ltd to participate on the project “Macau Wynn Palace” by “Wynn Resorts” as Senior Design Coordinator, to look after the BoH core areas (ABWF).
