URGENTLY WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE ADMINITRATIVE ASSITANT TO THE MULTINATIONAL GROUP OF COMPANIES
Main Responsibilities:
To organize the document workflow of the department;
To recieve the documents for signature of the Manager;
To organize the conference-calls, record information if the Manager is absent;
To prepare the letters and other documents, translate documents or work with the Agencies for translation;
To support the staff od departmentin administrating and accounting;
To organize meetings (gathering the necessary materials, notification of all participants on the time, place and procedure of the event);
To organize the workshops and field days;
To put the current information in the database;
To organize the requests of visitors;
To organize the schedule of business trips coordinating it with Head-Office, the calculation of transport costs;
Visa support of the department staff;
To order tickets, hotels, transfers;
To report on travel expenses of the Department.

Main Requirements:
Higher education
3+ years experienced as an assistant or secretary within international companies
Fluent English is a Must
