Basic purpose:
- Support and troubleshooting of key BI solutionsin Corporate Competence Center making worldwide support (over 65 countries across the world).
Responsibilities:
- Data analysis and BI reports creation;
- BI solutionssupportandtroubleshooting;
- User consultancy on processes and key BI solution;
- Providing workaround solution to BI key users;
Skills and Experience:
- IT/Logistics/SCM background;
- 2+ years business analyst experience of BI solutions;
- Basic understanding of ERP/MPR/CRM/WMS application design;
- Logistics and SCM expertise is a plus;
- English is upper intermediate;
- SAP BO knowledge is a plus
- SQL server experience (Oracle/MSSQL/DB2);
- SQL knowledge is a must
