Summary:
Native Ukrainian speaker, fluent in Russian and English languages. Since coming to Canada in 1991, I have finished English as a Second Language (ESL) at Algonquin College and Advanced ESL at St. Nicholas Adult High School.(Ottawa)
My works and studies have always been entwined with the
interpretation, editing and translation of texts from English into Russian and Ukrainian languages.

1985 Graduated from High School, near the top of my class, with especially high marks in mathematics and physics.
1985-1986 Lviv Polytechnic Institute of Engineering, Faculty of Radiotechnology, with an
emphasis on electronics.
1992-1994 Studies at the Holy Spirit Seminary and enrolled as a special student at
St. Paul’s University, Ottawa.
1994-1998 Lviv Orthodox Spiritual Ukrainian Seminary and Academy.

Employment history:
1987 Technologist in the quality assurance and production control section of the
Electronics Factory in Lviv.
1993-1994 Worked at Absopulse Electronics Ltd. as an inventory clerk and on the assembly
line , Ottawa, Canada.
2000-2008 Freelance. Qualified translation from English into Ukrainian and Russian with
specialties in the humanities,religion, ,personal documents and correspondents.
2009 Camp “Magic Castle”, english-speaking educator.
2009-2010 Publishing House "Good Book", translator. One of my works--the translation Yosyp Terelya’s novel “Witness” into Ukrainian, was published in Lviv, 2011.
